Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Integrated Services Administrator/Data Officer at Slough. This is a full-time job with a salary of £22,000 to £26,000.00 depending on experience.

**JOB SUMMARY**

This post of Slough Integrated Services Administrator/Data Officer will provide complete administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Slough (HWS) services and their work programme. The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring, collating, and analysing project performance data ensuring it is accurate and meets the reporting requirements of the service.

Solutions 4 Health has been commissioned to deliver a number of innovative and bespoke projects, which are designed to: identify and assess risks, promote behaviour change, and increase healthy lifestyles in individuals, groups and communities in Slough.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_ The specific accountabilities of this role will be flexible and will change to meet the needs of the organisation as required but will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:_**

**_ Administrative Support_**
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Slough service.
- To process and allocate service referrals to the appropriate staff.
- To collate and store service user feedback.
- To update the service social media platforms regularly.
- To support service website updates.
- Assist with the dissemination and/or collation of information/returns for business management.
- Responsible for organising and controlling own workload ensuring deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently.
- To prepare and produce an agenda, collate and distribute all necessary information and documentation, take minutes and action notes as required.
- Ensure all minutes are issued in a timely manner and agreed actions are appropriately recorded.
- To monitor service stock and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner and sufficient stock levels are maintained.
