As our senior events coordinator you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various types of events, including weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, and other special occasions. This may include managing all aspects of the event from start to finish, including budgeting, venue selection, team management and logístical planning.

A hands on aproach alongside natural leadership skills will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Some of your specific duties may include:

- Keeping in contact with our couples & clients to ensure the best customer service
- Preparing packing lists & loading your van for your event
- Researching and recommending venues and vendors based on the client's needs and preferences
- Coordinating the logistics of the event, including transportation, setup and breakdown of the event space, and coordinating with other professionals
- Managing your team and a timeless service liasing with the head chef on duty
- Managing the event budget and tracking expenses
- Creating and organizing the event timeline
- Communicating with vendors and other service providers to ensure that all details are taken care of
- Handling any unexpected issues that may arise during the event
- Providing support and guidance to the client throughout the planning process.

As an event coordinator you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once. You should also be able to work effectively with a variety of personalities and be able to handle any challenges that may arise during the planning process.

The role may be challenging, but this comes hand in hand with a great sense of achievement completing a wonderful event, to the high standards we work to.

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
