Radar Recruitment are supporting a large local employer based in Dover, supporting them in their search for a new Finance Business Partner. Working with senior management, the Finance Business Partner will deliver proactive commercial analysis to maximizethe business performance of different revenue streams and drive future growth across operational activities. The role will also provide support in gathering information to support the business in making strategic decisions. This role will suit a Finance Analystlooking to take their next step and venture more into stakeholder management activities as well as exercises that will have an impact on the wider business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the financial modelling of business cases and financial plans for relevant proposals
- Preparing and reviewing trend analysis and providing commentary and insights thereon as part of the monthly reporting process
- Continuous improvement of system uses to reflect changing needs and activities within the business
- Analysing sales data and provide insightful commentary to the senior team
- Assisting with forecasting for sales and margins challenging the business to move forward and improve critical KPIs
- Project involvement to assist in optimizing implementation of new systems or changes affecting existing systems
- Delivering key insights through in-depth operational and financial analysis
- Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure Group-wide best practice is achieved

**Profile**:

- ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or studying towards
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and a desire for accuracy
- Ability to prioritise fast moving and changing workloads
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral

**On Offer**:
