We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant role on a permanent basis at Peterborough City Council. The role is full time working 37 hours a week to provide support to the Director of Commissioning.

The role will be based at Sand Martin House in Peterborough with the option of hybrid working based on the needs of the business.

You will need to have full executive and personal assistance skills and experience working at director level to include; complex diary management, minute taking, preparing reports and information for your director, working knowledge of the standard Microsoft suite.

You should be self-motivated, flexible and have excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to manage your own workload, priorities and forward plan.

The role will also require you to provide high quality cover support to the office of the Chief Executive during periods of leave.
