This is a great role within a thriving Entertainment Services company that is currently undergoing a period of growth.

This role business supports artists within the TV & Films industry to ensure they are receiving the correct monies owed following their involvement in feature films and high end TV.

This role will assist in the management of the payments to the artists whilst also helping to provide management accounting information. This is a great opportunity to join a lovely team whilst working within an already successful, globally recognised business.

**Responsibilities pf the role include**:

- Manage all Artist payments payruns, auto-enrolment and reconciliation of the client account duns
- Liaise with Agent/Agency clients and manage payment reviews, dealing within any related queries
- Onboard new clients and artists and uploads of payment information
- Establish & maintain good working relationships with Production Accountants and payment teams within Production companies & agencies
- Manage and resolve any payment related queries
- Raise invoices and monitor any outstanding monies due
- Assist with VAT returns
- Assist with cashflow forecasting
- Help to reconcile the balance sheet and analyse any variance
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Previous finance/accounts experience, ideally gained within a TV/Film, Entertainment, Media, Marketing Services or similar industry
- A natural confidence when dealing with others, clear communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Great team player, able to build strong working relationships
- Highly motivated, can-do attitude and willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team
- Highly organised, an appreciation on the importance of deadlines and good attention to detail
- Positive manner, proactive in your approach
- Good excel skills and able to pick up new systems skills easily.
- A genuine interest in TV & Film would be an advantage

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
