This position is part of the _EMEAI Support Organisation_ and will be located in _Alderley Park, UK and will require travel to customer sites. This is a customer facing role. _

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Interact extensively with our customers to deliver high quality mass spectrometry and workflow training covering inhouse, onsite and remote.
- Aid customers in their method development and troubleshooting.
- Develop and share your expertise in SCIEX’s industry leading mass spectrometry solutions.
- Expand your own skills through frequent collaborations with Support/Sales/Service/Marketing and other teams on varied projects.
- Efficiently manage customer onboarding cases to ensure prompt communication and timely delivery.
- Work with Service and Support teams to track, diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Travel across the UK and occasionally beyond.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- _ Degree/PhD in chemistry, life sciences or equivalent experience._
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience of nominal mass LC-MS/MS use, method development and troubleshooting.
- Organisational skills - must be able to manage workload to work independently, prioritise as needed and contribute to wider team goals.
- _ Excellent communication and presentation skills._
- _ Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe._
- _ UK driving license._
