Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Community Family Worker to join our Family Support team. Our family support team provides high quality and valuable targeted support to our children and families, with appropriate activities to meet their needs and ensuring positive outcomes.

You will support the delivery of targeted sessions/activities with children and families, engaging in one-to-one casework with families with complex needs and implementing action planning tools such as the Outcome Star assessment.

The post holder will have regular supervision and access to a range of disciplines to support effective practice. We take a collaborative approach to multi-agency partnerships so that children and family’s needs are met in a holistic way.

In order to be considered for the role, you will be required to have a professional qualification in health/social care, child development, education, or related area (level 3) and have experience working with the range of agencies, services, and activities available to support young children and their families.

**Contract**
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

**Salary**
£36,000 per annum
