**Job Overview**:
Axon Moore are assisting a high growth Ecommerce business in the search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established family run business as they head into their busiest time of the year.
The company are a leading distributor of IT and tech consumer products. This is a maternity cover role within the accounts team - a busy team with a great welcoming culture.
**Salary**:£22,000-£24,000
**Location**:Bury
**Main Duties**:
- Accurate processing of large quantities of purchase ledger invoices using Orderwise Accounts and Sage 50
- Responsible for the reconciliation of all company credit cards
- Accurate preparation of weekly and monthly payments
- Accurately process expenses from the sales team
- Ensure that purchase orders, invoices and payments processing adhere to the respective control framework & approval protocols in place
- Preparing BACS payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing VAT transactions accurately
- Other ad hoc duties
**Person Specification**:
- A get up and go attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced and varied environment
- Experience of processing large volumes of invoices
- Purchase Ledger and general Accounts Administration experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a close knit team
