**Position Summary**:
LMF Energy Services is seeking a full-time Receptionist to work in our Prenton location on the irral. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and assisting customers with questions regarding services at our dental office.

**Essential Duties**:

- Supporting depot managers as and when required for administration and assistance of fleet and compliance.
- Direct liaison with workshops.
- Dealing with suppliers and contractors.
- Booking in of parts and scanning invoices to fleet system.
- Maintain and update all vehicle documentation.
- Support with all aspects of vehicle compliance including services, licensing and MOT’s.
- Analysing computer data and updating various systems.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birkenhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
