Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Duties**:

- Assistance and coordination (once trained) with the submission of payroll information on a monthly basis to the payroll department
- Assistance with logging timesheet information accurately into required spreadsheets
- Liaising with employees regarding annual leave information when requested
- Liaising with employees and dealing with rota changes on a weekly basis
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Maintain office supplies, PPE and inventory
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Utilize Microsoft to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Computerise information and maintain electronic files
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide support to other team members as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a busy administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software
- Excellent administrative and clerical skills
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of office equipment operation (printers, scanners, etc.)

Advantageous to have experience using Apple iMac systems (as these are our main office computers)
