No tutor experience needed but does require to be CIPD level 7 qualified and have experience within a HR capacity in industry. **Tutor - What’s involved?**

Being a tutor is a highly rewarding and meaningful role where you will support learners of all ages to achieve their career goals within HR. You will deliver online group training sessions as well and 1 to 1 sessions with learners to support them in acquiring their knowledge to achieve their qualification. The role also involves working with stakeholders to support their employee/learner throughout their apprenticeship as well assessing their work to ensure standards are met.
- CIPD level 7 qualified
- GCSE Maths & English (Or equivalent)
- Have worked within a HR function within industry.
- Good communication and people skills are essential.
