**What would I be doing?**

You will be joining a proactive and friendly team where you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks. This is a nice varied role and you will be covering Forklift Service. Some of the role responsibilities are listed below:

- You will be responsible for ensuring that Service jobs are processed In a timely basis.
- Raising paperwork to ensure trucks are put through the workshop and that transport is arranged for delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the field service team and workshop technicians, planning & dispatching engineers where required.
- To deliver high levels of customer service which reaching agreed KPIs.
- To process and maintain accurate and up to date maintenance records on the in-house ERP System.
- Dealing with enquiries from both Field and Site based Engineers.

This role is critical to the Service Team's success and requires an ability to task manage and prioritise workloads to reflect the requirements of the day.

This role entails fantastic opportunities to work directly within the Service team.

- Good interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative, towards sets targets, whilst also maintaining a good team work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a professional, calm and friendly approach.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise workloads and find alternative solutions with regards to long lead times from suppliers.
- Flexibility to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Ability to learn quickly about the business and a willingness to learn.
