**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing a warm and welcoming customer experience from start to finish
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times to all customers
- Driving sales through strong product knowledge and passion for the items
- Maintaining excellent standards of personal presentation reflective of the brand
- Liaise and communicate with your colleagues in a professional and understanding manner
- Merchandising stock to maximise impact and polishing stock and cabinets
- Replenishing stock to ensure that the full range is visible to the customer
- Perform admin duties associated, i.e. completion of orders, repair dockets, sales invoices
- Performing till duties, processing card and cash transactions professionally and accurately
- Being highly responsible and vigilant with regard to personal and store security
- Attend necessary training courses required by the watch and jewellery brands

**Requirements**:

- Experience in jewellery sales
- Outstanding communication skills
- Friendly and engaging personality
