Start People are recruiting for multiple starts as Factory Operatives to join a fast growing company in Chilton**:

- INDUCTIONS AS SOON AS TOMORROW STARTS END OF THE WEEK.**

**ALL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN ON SITE**

**General duties include**:

- Heavy lifting products around the company
- Dealing with steel products (not a clean environment)
- Quality checking products
- General house keeping

**Shifts work on a 2 shift pattern**:
One week 6:00am - 2:00pm, next week working 2:00pm-10:00pm

£15.00 bonus per week just for signing in / signing out on time

Monthly bonuses available once passed probation period

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

**Benefits**:
