Start People are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Chilton area**:

- LONG TERM POSITIONS AVAILABLE.**

We are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production, operating machinery and wrapping products ready for dispatch.

**This role can be dirty because of the product the company manufactures so please be aware of this.**

The Role: - Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets - Working in a fast paced, dirty production environment - Safely operating machinery to manufacture products within spec - Use of hand tools for assembly of products - Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor - Following manual handling guidelines to move completed products - Strict adherence to health and safety regulations - Using measuring tools to ensure products are correct

The Person: - Someone with a can do attitude - Must be flexible to work overtime - Physically fit as manual handling is present in the role along with heavy lifting - Comfortable with working in dirty environments

**The Hours: - 6:00am 14:00pm ONE WEEK, 14:00pm - 22:00pm NEXT WEEK.**

Weekly Pay along with attendance bonus and production bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.42 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
