Shift pattern: Sunday - Thursday (22:00-06:00) - Any 5 from 7 during Peak

**We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;**
- Assign work schedules and ensures that team members are trained in warehouse / clerical processes and monitors their progress on a daily basis
- Direct the work of team members
- Maintain records and review documents prepared by the team
- Monitor performance of team members
- Report any breaches of Health & Safety regulations and incidents/accidents
- Communicate work practices, procedures and methods to team members, as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

- Forklift certificate (Warehouse Team Leader) - Desirable
- Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
- Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health and Safety regulations
- IT Literate (especially Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
