**Accounts Receivable/Payable Assistant**

The Primary objectives and Responsibilities of a AR/AP Assistant include:

- Responsible for Accounts Receivable function for 450 customers, including:

- preparation and issue of sales invoices
- credit control
- month end sales reconciliation
- Responsible for Accounts Payable function, including:

- supplier management
- processing and payment of supplier invoices
- management and processing of employee expenses, including cash and credit card expenses through Webexpenses
- Management of Egencia (travel management solution)
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience generating and interpreting high volumes of data
- Experience working with Xero
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Strong Excel skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work equally as well both independently and collaboratively as a team
- Comfortable with technology and working with different systems
