Location: Hybrid – Crowborough & London, East Sussex
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Credit Controller to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's accounts receivable records, while ensuring timely collection of payments across a number of markets including the UK, German & Polish markets. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience in a similar role and have previous experience of working with EMEA and/or Global clients and offices.
Chasing payment from Clients by phone and email
Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders including Project Manager, Account Execs or senior Finance Management in a timely manner.
Sending monthly statements to Clientsand reconciling the accounts.
Building strong relationships with Clients (Global and Local)
Manage intercompany receivable accounts, ensuring payments are made on time
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
O Level / GCSE Maths / English required.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
