- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Liaising with 3PL and sending daily customer order dispatch files
- Verifying orders, including customers' information, payment details and proof of deliveries
- Manage project schedules, appointments, and deadlines using excel
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Preparation of operational reports and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Health and safety duties and record keeping

**Skills**:

- Strong excel skills
- Strong communication and self-study capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Self-sufficient work ethics and keep on top of duties
- Previous experience in office administration is desirable

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
