My client is a market leading provider of business psychology solutions, based in Oxford. It's a fantastic team to work in and the business is renowned for really looking after its people. They are looking for someone to join their multi-lingual and multi-culturalcustomer service team, working 2 days from the office and 3 days from home (although full time office is an option if preferred). This is a great opportunity to join a company where you can build a long term career and work in a brilliant team.
**The Role**:

- You'll be the first point of contact for a range of queries from account registration, order placement, technical queries, website functionality, general enquiries and complaints. This also includes booking delegates onto training workshops.
- We're looking for you to build rapport with customers, identify queries but also business opportunities and to respond to all communication within 24 hours.
- You will also be updating a CRM system regularly by confirming up to date contact and account information from customers on every call.
- This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 2 days from the office and 3 days from home across Monday to Friday.

**The Person**:

- We're looking for someone with telephone based customer service experience, either B2B or B2C
- You'll have excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal. A second European language would be a great benefit but absolutely isn't essential.
- You'll be confident at prioritising your workload and working under time pressure, communicating between internal departments as well as directly with the customer.
- Experience using a CRM system as well as MS outlook and MS office is required,
- Fantastic relationship building skills are key to this role so you can provide first class customer service to everyone who needs it.

**The Package**:

- A basic salary of £23,000 is offered
- 25 days holiday + 5 additional available unpaid days
