As Reward’s Partnerships Lead, Strategic and Growth Accounts, you will be integral to building and developing best practice for a new function within Reward. You and your team’s primary responsibility is to ensure retention and maximise revenue potential across the SMB merchant base.- This is a managerial position in which you will lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Growth Executive to deliver on growth targets for managed and self-service accounts. You will be responsible for line management, client escalations and strategic coordination. Your team will focus on primarily UK retailers but will be asked to assist with international expansion opportunities.
- You will have some experience in digital marketing as well as people management. You will be fully accountable for driving customer relationships and revenue generation through the development of your retail accounts. You will manage, coach and grow a team of highly motivated individuals to ensure customer satisfaction across your team’s portfolio.- This is a great opportunity to work with well-known brands in the UK. - Manage and coach a team of Account Managers and Customer Growth Executives to successfully retain and grow a large portfolio of retail clients
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure upskilling and skill development
- Ensure the achievement of revenue and budget expectations
- Having an eye for revenue potential with the ability to support your direct reports with upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure levels of service are being met by your Account Managers and that client satisfaction is high
- Support clients and team members with program management tasks including strategic/tactical plans aimed to meet/exceed client’s objectives and goals
- Provide a point of escalation for your team members and help to nurture a dynamic team environment
- Support with recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new team members

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years in an account management function, preferably within the digital marketing space
- 1+ years of perople management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- Excellent team and relationship-buiding abilities, with both internal and external parties
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain keen attention to detail
- Results - oriented negotiation skills, with client and stakeholders at all levels
- Organised and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple duties at one time
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams with professionalism and clarity.
- Have an ability to think strategically and will possess a good eye for opportunities.
