**The Studio**

We are a team of creative people that make things happen and strive to give our New Look customers the best online shopping experience. The Studio is such a crucial part of the customer’s digital journey - bringing the New Look product to life in the best way possible. We show our customers how to wear our product in an aspirational way, referencing the latest fashion trends and listening to our customer’s needs, and lifestyle. We are our customers’ virtual changing room.

**The Role**

This role helps organise the day-to-day operations of the Styling Team. Reports directly to the Styling Manager. Working within the NL Studios you will be required to fully support the Styling manager and stylists where needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily assisting the Lead Creative and Styling Manager on the shoots.
- Steaming all product before the shoot starts.
- Looking after all the product on set - ensuring that “to be shot” product is not mixed up with the styling wardrobe.
- Look after any tags that are removed from the product and ensure the correct tags are put back on the right product.
- Ensure the set is kept super tidy and all product required is at hand and neatly arranged.
- Work with the Styling Manager to maintain the styling wardrobe with the latest product.
- Work closely with sample team to manage styling wardrobe and keep the styling areas organised.
- Prep styling product needed gathering shoes, belts, bags and jewellery needed by stylist to ensure efficiency throughout the day.
- Attend daily rail run throughs to know what outfits are planned and to execute them to the brief of Lead Creative and Styling Manager.
- Be responsible for maintaining the stylists’ kits (pins, thongs, bulldog clips etc) and replenishing as needed.
- Assist with dressing the model, zipping dresses, putting on shoes and fastening belts etc.
- Dress and style the model onset, ensuring product looks neat and appropriately positioned as per brief set by Lead Creative and Styling manager.
- Lint roll, clip and smooth clothes where appropriate to achieve the optimal look.
- Maintain a calm and organised approach throughout the shoot day so that styling runs smoothly.
- Look after models’ well-being, including tea / coffee runs, provide heaters, fans and robes where necessary.
- Return ‘Shot’ product to samples team at the end of the day.
- Return styling product to the wardrobe and ensure set is tidy of any accessories at the end of every day.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
