It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Studio and STL Wardrobe Assistant to join our growing Studio team.

The Role:
Reporting into the Senior Production Manager, the focus of this role is to support the studio styling team with all styling related admin, wardrobe maintenance and on set shoot assistance.
This role is responsible for recording all the outfits that the studio put together, which is then translated onto the website to allow the customer to buy the look. It will also involve maintaining all styling, wardrobe orders and general wardrobe upkeep. There will also be occasions that you will be required to be on set, assisting the stylists on shoots.
This role is for someone that is flexible with a can-do attitude. It would suit someone that likes to be busy as there will always be something to do in this role. You are going to need to have excellent admin skills as well as be comfortable on a busy photo studio set. This role is ideal for someone starting their styling journey.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for upselling all styling items in the outfits shot by the ecom studio - across all categories
Daily log all outfits from prior day sets using Flo (asset management tool) using in stock wardrobe sample codes to create the outfits.
Working to deadlines — all products allocated to you must be complete by the end of each working day
Prioritise all SNO product to support speed to site
Communicate to Senior Production Manager any rollover numbers to avoid delayed SLA’s/KPI’s
Daily prepare file CSV with buy the look records and upload to software SAP (Systems Applications and Products in data processing) at the end of the day
Manage and update outfits for all reshoots delivered by the ecom studio team each week
Daily site check, ensuring all Womenswear, Menswear & 915 buy the look is up to date and in stock, update if required
Work with Senior Production Manager & Senior Site Optimisation Manager to understand STL uplift and where we can improve add to bag
Provide support to Discovery Optimisation on website launches
Amend and create buy the look outfits for influencer edits, being reactive to any last-minute changes and actioned aligned to launch time
Weekly reallocate samples to the wardrobe as requested by Lead Stylist and styling team
Manage weekly styling orders from DC and once delivered adding them to physical wardrobe and virtual wardrobe on Flo
Completing any studio styling kit orders as and when required
Weekly on set shoot assistance when required to support on set team
Biweekly review wardrobe samples list and flag out of stock or reduced items, communicate with the Styling Team to maintain wardrobe
Manage wardrobe chuck outs - removing items from Flo and arrange for items to be send back to DC
Bi-monthly communicate with BMD teams to update on wardrobe pieces, flagging old samples and request alternatives to reallocate for wardrobe
Work closely with the styling team to understand current trends, the New Look brand identity and understand why styling decisions are made
Use visual guides to recognise products that are being used within outfits, and understand what trend they sit in, and whether they are online or not
Support with steaming all product before the following day shoot starts (4-5pm)
Ad-hoc stepping in to cover sickness for the Stylist Assistant role
Support with any day-to-day studio assistance as and when required including general studio runner activities, supporting the styling team; steaming product, wardrobe maintenance and photography assistance.
