Sawmill Jobs

We currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sawmill Worker. As a Sawmill worker, you will play a vital role in the production process, assisting with various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our sawmill.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading logs onto trucks, conveyors, or other equipment.
- Sort and stack logs based on size, quality, or intended use.
- Operate machinery under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Help with the production process by feeding logs into saws, monitoring material flow, and removing cut lumber.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning up debris.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding and sometimes challenging environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate machinery.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of sawmill operations is a plus, but not required.
