**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end artwork processes, ensuring seamless management from design inception to commercially reproducible mechanical artwork and printer handover.
- Lead and manage a high-performing artwork team, providing workload management, forecasting, and continuous improvement guidance.
- Utilize your strategic thinking and ownership mindset to drive transformative changes, optimize existing processes and introduce innovative new approaches to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate, configure, and implement artwork and digital asset management systems, ensuring streamlined workflows and effective asset organization.
- Develop and execute strategies for the tendering and evaluation of partner agencies, specifically print management agencies responsible for creative, adaptive, and repro activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, e-Commerce) and external partners (print management agencies, design agencies, printers) to align artwork processes, master design files, and print requirements.
- Lead the establishment and improvement of processes, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and printing standards.
- Monitor and optimize artwork costs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve cost-efficient solutions.
- Champion the delivery of mechanical artwork and separation files to printers, proactively addressing challenges and optimizing output.
- Manage the timely delivery of digital pack images, aligning with Artwork Excellence standards and driving quality improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding project status, timing, and technical expertise.
- Ensure compliance with approved rate cards, service level agreements, procurement, and payment procedures.
- Establish capabilities and standards for approval of colour proofs, align printer specifications with defined processes, and drive quality assurance.
- Play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives, fostering strategic change and operational enhancements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging design and artwork, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Previous experience with evaluation, configuration, and implementation of artwork and digital asset management systems. (Blue Artwork system experience considered an advantage)
- Demonstrated experience in tendering and evaluating partner agencies for print management, creative, adaptive, and repro activities.
- Proven track record of driving transformation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Previous experience with building relationships and presenting in front of senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with evidence of ownership and successful change management beyond operational achievements.
- Experience in interacting with multiple departments and functions to manage all projects as per the artwork process.
