Investor Relations Executive

As an Investor Relations Executive, you will be responsible for understanding our HNW client’s investment and risk appetite and utilising this knowledge to fund bridging loan opportunities. The role is varied, primarily focused on funding loans, managing new and existing investors and providing support to the Finance Department, Lending Underwriters and to Directors.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Loan funding - presenting property-based investment opportunities to HNW investors for funding
- Liaising with the Director of Investor Services in relation to onboarding new and potential clients
- Understanding the investment risk of each property deal.
- Exhibition stands, webinars
- Investor Newsletter
- Trust Schedules - production on completion of loan funding
- Ongoing database management for the investors
- Liaising with internal departments and external parties

- Existing HNW Client base
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well developed relationship building skills
- Working to tight deadlines
**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- Knowledge of property or property sales advantageous
- Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
