Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lv2 Teaching Assistant to join our nursery team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide support and assistance in the classroom. Must be Pediatric First Aid Trained

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour reinforcement
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and development
- Support students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
- Foster effective communication between students, parents, and staff
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of toddler care and development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with special needs
- Understanding of special education principles and practices
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs in the classroom
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
