To work as part of the finance and payroll team with a focus on sales ledger, training administration and other general administration tasks. Key duties are:

- Sales Ledger -inc banking, raising, taking Credit Card Payments, chasing and allocating payments.
- Maintain records and organise staff technical training for all engineers and apprentices eg.Gas Safe, CSCS etc and staff security clearances
- Matching credit cards receipts and analysis. PO’s to purchase invoices
- Any other ad hoc administration tasks as requested
- Book employee travel and accommoation weekly
- Booking in vehicles for repairs and maintenance

Antony Grice Plumbing & Heating Limited was established in 1994 and has built an excellent reputation for the design and installation services it provides. It has developed strong long-term client relationships in the hotel and leisure sectors throughout the UK. It has a healthy forward order book and predominantly uses its own team of contract managers and engineers to manage projects and install the work packages. The role will be based at our Stapleford Head office and is a Monday to Friday position.

This role is 36.5 hours per week salaried position based at our Office in Stapleford and is an integral part of the operational contracts and wider administration team. Office hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Thu and 8.30am-4pm Friday with an hour for lunch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year
