Trainee Test Technician-1

Purpose Statement: Responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products, maintain test equipment, monitor test performance and yield information, and provide technical support to other focus factory personnel.

Additional Accountabilities:

- Basic hand repair of assemblies.
- Support implementation of engineering change orders.
- Support the development of documentation for operational or technical training.
- Operate test equipment (may include flying probe, In-circuit test, functional).
- Support reactive maintenance (test equipment).
- Train operators how to properly utilize the test equipment and instructions.
- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

- A minimum of an Associate’s degree is preferred; an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering is preferred_._
- Less than one (1) year of related experience is preferred; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred
- The employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Work Environment:
