**Position Summary**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that safety is a number one priority through safe practices and observing all safety guidance, rules, and policies.
- Work on the filter production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising safety.
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Report any machinery issues to management.
- Transfer pleated media to the assembly line.
- Ensure that the Pleater machine is supplied with media rolls.
- Carry out water integrity tests and ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
- Clean and pack completed filters.
- Load / offload deliveries of materials and support with stock replenishment (Stores) activities.

**_ Education, Qualifications and Affiliations_**

Essential
- GCSEs or equivalent with relevant industrial experience.

**_ Experience_**

Essential
- Demonstrable experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Proven experience as a Production Operative or similar position.
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering company.
- Computer literate and able to use a wide range of software packages.

Desirable
- Previous experience gained within the industry or similar industries i.e. Mechanical, O&G, Energy and Power Generation

**_ Licenses Or Certifications_**

Essential
- Eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable
- Full driving license.
- Forklift license.
- Industry Standard Certificates: i.e. First Aid, IOSH Working Safely etc.
