**IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST positions for a Global Media Client**

**3 days in Peterborough office, 2 days WFH**

**£25,000 to £30,000**

This Global Media organisation is urgently seeking additional team members in their Service Desk Team based in Peterborough but servicing all of the UK regions with remote L1 and L2 support. They are using ServiceNow so that would be helpful but not essential.

You will require 1-3 years of active Service Desk Analyst work, taking and working through IT tickets and providing solutions or escalation. We need 1st class written and oral communication skills as mandatory and no sponsorship opportunities.

**Skills & experience**:

- **1-3 years as an IT Service Desk Analyst**:

- **Experience with Microsoft products, Windows, O365 and possibly Mac and Printers**:

- **Fantastic written and oral communication skills mandatory - lots of internal client contact**:

- **Reporting to the Service Desk Manager**:

- **Loads of potential for training, professional development and internal team moves**:

- **3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
