This role will pay £24,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience and can offer hybrid working.

Please note, this role would be working US Hours - with working hours of 11AM - 7PM OR 12PM - 8PM

Responsibilities include:

- Daily management of new account requests, Including contract reviews.
- Monitoring of AR Investigations
- Logging all new clients on a tracker to enable full monitoring of status during the process
- Liaise directly with Clients/Credit Controllers/Operations and Risk Management teams where applicable
- Daily management of the new customers mailbox & dealing with queries
- Monitoring & updating Prospects
- Reporting
