**Position**: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
**Location**: Primary School in Stockport, Brinnington area

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Individual Support**: Provide one-to-one assistance to the designated child, supporting their academic progress and social development.
- ** Behavior Management**: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- ** Collaborative Planning**: Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to the child's needs.
- ** Nurturing Environment**: Foster a nurturing and supportive environment to help build the child's confidence and self-esteem.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of the child's progress, behaviour, and any interventions implemented.
- Previous experience working with children with behaviour challenges is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
