Door Supervisor

Platinum Security & Events are currently seeking several proactive and vigilant individuals to join our team as Door Supervisors in the Rochdale area.

(Please note this role is on pubs/clubs/bars so if you’re uncomfortable in that environment and with possible conflict then do not apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the safety and security of patrons, staff and premises.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the venue. Ensuring capacity being counted so it isn’t exceeded.
- Handling difficult situations with professionalism and discretion. Please note from time to time you may be faced with having to eject customers and enter into physical situations.
- Providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable & Confident within conflict situations.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
