**The role**
Reporting to the head of department your role will include but not be exclusive to:

- Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
- Meeting with clients to advise on a range of matters including wills, probate, trusts and estates administration, tax and trusts and powers of attorney.
- Working in collaboration with other solicitors and departmental heads

**About you**:
As the newly appointed Private Client Fee Earned you will be:

- A Solicitor or Legal Executive who has considerable experience in this field of law.
- The STEP qualification would also be a distinct advantage.
- In addition to the above you will also be technically competent in advising a range of clients on sometimes complex private client matters.
- Driven to provide an elevated level of client care.

Be confident using a range of IT packages including legal databases.
Willing to meet with third party intermediaries to improve your clients’ cases.
Highly organised with the proven ability to work to deadlines.
