**REPORTING TO**: **Sales and Recruitment Director**

**HOURS**: **37.5hrs Monday to Friday (Half hour for Lunch)**

**SALARY**:£23,000 per annum**

**ANNUAL LEAVE: 24 days, plus bank holidays**

**Purpose**: _To develop and implement a cost effective marketing plan to promote the services of Rewards Training Recruitment Consultancy (including our Hair Academy), via a range of marketing initiatives, and provide a professional and supportive apprenticeship recruitment service to employers, maximize the number of people placed in Apprenticeship roles and grow our apprenticeship provision as a whole._

**Main Marketing Duties**:
**Website Maintenance**
- Using 1&1 IONOS
- Updating the website with new course dates/information
- Creating new webpages if required
- Distributing web enquiries to the relevant department

**Social Media**
- Create eye-catching social media images through Canva
- Posting promotional information on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Creating monthly Facebook Ads through Meta Business Suite and monitoring spend to meet budget
- Promote live vacancies via social media
- Producing a strategic annual social media plan
- Using social media analytic tools to create monthly reports

**Google**
- Creating monthly Google Ads and monitoring spend to meet budget
- Updating Google Business Profile if required
- Using Google Analytics to create monthly website reports

**Promotional Materials**
- Creating and updating promotional flyers, e-brochures and magazine advertisements on Canva
- Using Flipsnack to convert PDF e-brochures, created on Canva, into digital flipbooks
- Saving most up to date versions of promotional materials to SharePoint

**Memberships**
- Providing the companies we are members of with relevant promotional material on a regular basis for: newsletters, magazines and online sites
- Updating company directories on membership sites when required

**Mailings**
- Creating eye-catching and informative mailers via MailChimp
- Sending mailers to the company’s four sector-specific mailing lists
- Using campaign statistics to create monthly mailer reports
- Producing a strategic annual mailer plan

**Main Recruitment Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Administration**
- Post apprenticeship vacancy adverts on the National Apprenticeship Service website (gov.uk) and Indeed job board, and promote via Social Media
- Log details of all employers, contacts and vacancies on Zoho Recruit (in-house database)
- Conduct applicant screenings via telephone to determine suitability & eligibility for current and future vacancies, and commitment to the apprenticeship programme giving relevant Information Advice and guidance
- Record CVs sent, interviews attended and outcomes on Zoho Recruit and internal spreadsheets for reporting purposes
- Liaise between employer and applicant to organise convenient interview date/time and communicate the necessary information to all parties.

**Employer Engagement**:

- Adhere to Recruitment processes; contribute to continuous improvement to provide a quick and efficient service.
- Ensure communications are logged on Insightly CRM system. Utilize Insightly CRM effectively to keep abreast of colleague’s activity.
- Work towards individual and team recruitment targets for CVs submitted to employers, interviews arranged, placements made and ultimately Apprenticeship signings made.
- Provide informative updates every 2 weeks to our employers with live apprenticeship vacancies
- Connect with employer contacts via LinkedIn and follow business’ social media sites
- Follow up Sales leads, providing full details of the apprenticeship recruitment process to potential employers

**General Duties**:

- Creating monthly marketing reports on the above topics, providing own feedback and opinions and strategies for the future
- Look for opportunities to collate and promote case studies, success stories into promotional material and create video/media material
- Director
- Planning and executing an extensive National Apprenticeship Week promotional schedule, including: mailers, social media content, collating client testimonials, and organising events
- Represent Rewards at careers fairs, school/college events/assemblies, networking opportunities and meetings where necessary.
- Maintain and forge excellent relationships with leads from referral organisations to maximise referrals from and promotion of our opportunities to their clients
- Support the Admissions team with onboarding apprentices where required
- Bi-weekly marketing and recruitment meeting with Sales and Recruitment
- Attend monthly Sales meeting and quarterly staff forum.

**Abilities Required**

- Recruitment experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills - Internet, MS Outlook, systems
- Understanding of business targets and priorities
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Excellent client service ethos
