Trident Group has over 60 years’ experience of delivering homes, services, and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,400 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. It employs more than 850 staff, works with many volunteers, and provides training places and apprenticeships as part of the employment package. The Group has an annual turnover of more than £34m and owns assets close to £186m.
The Group consists of;
- Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
- Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.
**About the role**
As a Team Supervisor you will be the face of the service for staff, customers, stakeholders, and internal departments. You will ensure contract compliance and quality assurance by monitoring and managing the support contract, have overall responsibility for rent collection, service charges, voids and arrears and lead the team to deliver person-centred support to customers - encouraging life skills, and moving on to achieve independence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Weekly management of contractual staff structures and rotas. Providing effective and transparent leadership
- Weekly monitoring and management of all tenancy finances and voids
- Be the lead communicator with external partners/agencies/commissioners
- Become a champion on our software systems INFORM and CRM
- Lead teams in a flexible, responsive service
- Provide day to day supervision of the staff team, including carrying out supervisions, appraisals, and managing the HR system for all direct reports
- Supervise the team’s performance against contract stipulations and other Key Performance Indicators, meeting all regulatory standards for allocated services
- Lead and carry out the recruitment and selection of staff, as required in conjunction with HR
- To support with internal quality audits across multiple services to ensure compliance with the expected standards and legislation
- To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people, and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.
- Play an active role in the on call, out of hours and safeguarding rotas.
