**What will I do?**
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival
- make time to engage with guests & deliver exceptional service
- Strong knowledge about local area/ what's going on - be able to advise/recommend to guests
- Provide a friendly, courteous service
- Respond appropriately to guest issues/problem handling
- Process night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports (Experience of Opera systems is advantageous)
- Provide food & drink service (24hr to all guests in house - limited food menu during these hours)
- Handle cash & credit transactions
- Remain consistent - always striving for excellence.

**Is this the role for me?**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Previous experience of reservation systems (Opera)
- Be over 18 Years Old (For the purpose of licensing)

**This role is a permanent full-time role, working 5 days out of 7 per week.**

**Shift Pattern : 11pm until 07:30am**
