**About the role**:
This role is based in Islington; however, we offer hybrid working. As an Anti-Social Behaviour Project Coordinator, you will be:

- providing emotional and practical support to victims and witnesses of ASB in Camden
- accompanying victims through civil court proceedings, explaining procedure and possible outcomes
- managing the mediation referrals and providing mediation services
- advocating with partner agencies on behalf of service users
- recruiting and managing a small team of volunteers

**You will need**:

- Experience of working directly with and supporting victims of ASB/ hate crime in the voluntary and community sector
- Experience/awareness of mediation and restorative justice practices
- Experience of liaising and negotiating with statutory agencies on behalf of service users
- Knowledge of civil or community justice processes surrounding ASB
- Knowledge and understanding of the effects of ASB on victims and witnesses and some insight into providing support at civil court
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with a range of people both within Victim Support and with outside organisations
