**About the company**:
Crosby Composites (established in 1982) is the number one composite manufacturer in the UK, excelling in the design and manufacture of high-quality carbon fibre parts. Our global customers cover Formula 1, motorsport but primarily automotive, making components and bodywork for some of the most prestigious and outrageous hyper cars in the world. Our services in supporting this include conceptual design, bespoke tolling and manufacturing (with inhouse state of the art spray painting, kit cutting and multiple large autoclaves).
**Purpose of the job**:
This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Responsibilities -**
- Responsible for managing the day to day administration for all HR related tasks, ensuring records are maintained accurately and are kept up to date on a daily basis.
- Ensure HR systems are maintained and up to date.
- Responsible for the monthly processing of the company payroll, ensuring the TNA has been updated by all department managers and the correct payroll data is sent for processing, within the agreed timescales to ensure all pay is paid on time and correctly.
- Pro-active monitoring of HR trackers including probationary reviews and employee absence and ensure managers are informed and any actions taken as required and in line with company policy and procedure.
- Providing front-line HR support in relation to employee relation matters, in line with company policies and procedures and current legislation.
- Advising on company policies and processes.
- Supporting the HR and Office Manager with any high priority work i.e., employee issues.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee e-files in line with statutory and company requirements.
- Managing the time and attendance system.
- Managing suggestions and responsible for issuing out the weekly brief with all of the relevant information and company updates.
**Recruitment Responsibilities -**
- First point of contact with our recruitment agency.
- Assisting with the day to day general correspondence.
- Responsible for the recruitment at both sites and ensuring all correct documentation is issued out.
- Assisting putting together job adverts and descriptions.
- Ensuring a full proof onboarding experience is provided to all new starters.
