Temporary Development Administrator

Our client is seeking a Temporary Development Administrator to provide extensive and high-quality administrative support for a busy department and team members based overseas.
Working within a busy and fast-paced role, you will be essential in helping the Global Engagement team. You will also be responsible for tasks within gift registry and stewardship areas If you have previous experience within an Administration role, or area recent graduate, this role would be perfect for you.
**Temporary Development Administrator Responsibilities**
- Administrative support to the Donor Relations Manager
- Administration of donation data, research, cleansing, extraction and analysis to support the Global Engagement team
- Work as a "Super User" on Salesforce CRM system, acting as a knowledge resource and administrative lead for the department
- Occasional assistance for events - which may involve working on site at evenings or weekends
- Support ad hoc departmental projects
- Support operational and strategic projects as required
- Carrying out any other duties as requested

**Temporary Development Administrator Requirements**
- Relevant and proven administrative experience
- Ability to build strong working relationship with immediate colleagues, as well as with external stakeholders
- Team player with a positive approach to new challenges, quick to learn, and willingness to find new approaches to complete tasks in the interests of efficiency or due to changing requirements
- Proactive, focused and organised, with consistent attention to detail
- Experience of data entry and/or record maintenance
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft packages. Familiarity with database work is desirable, for example, producing standard and ad-hoc reports
- Ability to carry out webpage editing
**Location**
Our client is based in Oxford City Centre (OX1). Unfortunately, there is no parking available onsite; however, it is very well situated to public transport links.
