We are seeking passionate individuals to join as PMLD Support Staff, working with pupils across ages 3-19.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support to students with PMLD in various settings within the school.
- Assist with personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene tasks.
- Implement individualised education and therapy plans under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in learning activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with individuals with PMLD or similar disabilities is preferred.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A willingness to undergo training and development relevant to the role.
- A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required for this position.
