We have a fantastic new opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced **Recruitment Lead** to join our internal recruitment team.

Working as part of a team, the Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managerial recruitment encompassing both site and a broad range of head office roles. The role provides great breadth and is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in recruitment and HR.

**Working Pattern**:Monday - Friday

**Location**:This role is based from our Head Office in Chineham, RG24 8UB with the opportunity to work remotely in line with our hybrid ways of working.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Conduct full and detailed job briefings with hiring managers
- Manage the attraction and sourcing process for roles
- Advertise vacancies via internal and external channels - assessing various recruitment methods and selecting the most appropriate routes to market for each role
- Build key relationships with a range of hiring managers, HR teams and key senior stakeholders
- Liaise with local HR teams and hiring managers to gather feedback and update on progress of current vacancies, as well as identifying future requirements
- Review recruitment materials to be used for each vacancy to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Design new selection techniques to ensure that we are able to identify top talent
- Liaise with external suppliers where required
- Appropriate and consistent communication with the business to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of recruitment activity
- Provide advice and support to others on recruitment best practice and process, methods of attraction, utilisation of the applicant tracking system
- Involvement with wider recruitment and HR projects as required

**Who You’ll Be**
- Proven experience in a recruitment role - this role would suit existing internal recruiters, or an agency recruiter looking to move in house
- Experience with recruiting for roles in a logistics/supply chain environment would be beneficial
- Experience with using a variety of resourcing techniques e.g. direct sourcing, agency input
- Passion, enthusiasm and drive for resourcing
- Commercial and business focussed mindset to drive the most effective outcomes and credibility within the resourcing function
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems, HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of recruitment practice and legislation
- Proactive and creative approach to ensure that we achieve a continuous improvement culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor to audience
- Competence in data collation, reporting and analysing
