All Care is one of the leading home care providers in the South region providing support to vulnerable adults to maintain independence and remain in their own homes.

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team, this role will be based in Basingstoke and the post-holder will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for all new branch hires.

Monday - Friday 9am
- 5pm.

**This will involve**:

- Sourcing new ways of attracting care workers.
- Working closely with the Care Coordinator to establish business needs.
- Logging new care worker details onto our systems and creating online files.
- To attend meetings and job fairs as and when required.
- To carry out any other duties that may be required of your position.

We are looking for someone that can work well on their own initiative and who has worked in a recruitment setting either as a Recruiter or Compliance Officer, Resource etc.

UK Right to Work is essential, the ability to drive would be beneficial.
