**Enhanced DBS disclosure required**

As a Children's Advanced Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the team, working alongside social workers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to assess, plan, and deliver effective services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify children and families' needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing care plans, interventions, and support services.
- Providing expert guidance and support to social workers and other team members.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to promote positive outcomes for children.
- Leading complex cases and chairing meetings, including Child Protection Conferences.

Qualifications:

- UK state registered degree in Social Work, DipSW or CQSW.
- HCPC registration

Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation, policies, and procedures.

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience as a Children's Advanced Practitioner in a similar setting.
- Children services

Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent assessment and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases.
- Able to manage challenging situations,be person centred,can work as an individual or part of a team,caring,competent at dealing with all stakeholders
