Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting with a key client, in their search for a Commercial Administrator. Ideally you will have experience within a food manufacturing business and have the ability to visualise strategy.
The company offer Hybrid working with 2 days working from home, 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and visibility of a global business and strategy.
The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for:

- Managing customer complaints and customer response times
- Processing and producing complaints data including common trends
- Providing complaints summary data to suppliers
- Managing customer investigations including gathering supporting evidence and liaising with customers with progress and resolutions
- Create customer complaints presentations for company meetings and audits
- Support management with ethical audit management, Modern Slavery compliance, and conducting risk assessments
- Creation and management of reporting tools
- Ensuring dispatch of goods and keeping track of deliveries
**Requirements**:

- Experienced within a technical or complaints role
- Experience of working with FMCG or similar - preferable
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
