Meraki Talent are engaged on a permanent Divisional Finance Business Partner role based in Edinburgh paying £65,000 - £75,000 plus a fantastic benefits package including completion bonus & pension.

This highly commercial organisation is operating within a thriving market which is only going to constantly grow, expand and evolve over the next decade. It’s a business that is bursting with talent through-out every function, but finance is without doubt one of its more prestigious departments that is renowned for acquiring, developing and retaining the most talented accountancy & finance professionals.

This position is responsible for the flagships division which is paramount to the group so it’s a very high-profile appointment. Furthermore, over the last decade this role has been a springboard internally into SMT posts due to it’s excellent exposure & senior stakeholder exposure.

**The Role**

As Divisional Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering with the Board, SMT and Divisional Heads to aid decision making, direction and strategic objectives through bullet-proof financial analysis & story telling. The key components of the role include:

- Ability to partner, interact and influence senior and/or non-financial stakeholders such as Board, SMT and Departmental Heads
- Involvement in several high value & profile projects
- Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs to influence decision making, direction and decision making
- Process and continuous improvement initiatives
- KPI setting and reporting
- Ownership of budgets, planning, MI & forecasting
