**Job Summary**

The Quality Data Manager is a non clinical role within operations that is responsible for assuring quality standards are met throughout the organisation. Quality Data Manager monitors all activities undertaken by operations which impact quality. This isa pivotal role which will work alongside the Clinical Standards Team, Quality Support Team and the senior operations team in analysing and interpreting data to inform decisions and action taken to improve Quality.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Liaise closely with CST and QST to understand quality standards required to collate trends and help devise solutions locally and nationally.
- Analyse, interpret and distribute business information and assist with development of data and products used to review and monitor quality performance within the business..
- Review of standards and processes, suggesting areas for change.
- Ensure compliance of standards and processes set by the organisation.
- Communicate with internal and external quality stakeholders
- Monitor audit performance; daily audit workflow and independent audit.
- Support of HCP performance (new entrant, CME, line by line)
- Support the implementation of standard practices across all areas and sharing of Best Practice.

**Education and Experience Requirements**

- Ability to establish and maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring effective relationships and a quality service
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Adaptable and flexible
- Able to work on own initiative
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to a range of locations as the business requires
- The role is a National one and open to all whatever their location.
- IT literate, good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective organisational skills, with a methodical and analytic approach to work
- Ability to manage own time effectively and cope with high volumes of work
- Highly developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to make logical and considered decisions
- Well-developed negotiating and influencing skills
- Evidence of effective team working
- Able to identify and address training and development issues.
