KIlverts Inn, Hay-On-Wye, a family-run hotel and pub in the centre of Hay-On-Wye, Proprietors Bob & Sheila Davies have been running Kilverts for over 17 years, with a focus on friendly & reliable service.

We are looking for dedicated and self-motivated hospitality professionals with a drive for ensuring the best possible experience is given, to join us on our bar team.

Our bar offers award-winning ales, a wide range of whiskies and gins, as well as wines from around the world, all selected and reviewed by the team - Pairing with our kitchen team to delivery Lunch and Evening service from Wednesday - Sunday.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve guests to the restaurant standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment
- Take Food & Drink order, and serve alongside
- Inform the kitchen and waiting staff of any allergies, food requirements and changes to orders
- Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar
- Ensure guest stay safe and orderly within the restaurant
- Clean tables and other surfaces
- Enforce restaurant and bar standards

**Skills & Requirements**
- **Experience not required as full training will be given**:

- Excellent decision-making skills
- Self motivated drive to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Open mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast paced hospitality environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts with varying intensity based on business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
