Groundsman/maintenance/warehouse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces and buildings both on the work premises and private residence. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a strong attention to detail. When required or in bad weather you will be working as part of the warehouse/factory on various tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as, Weeding, trimming, hedge cutting
- Use power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair outdoor structures
- Remove weeds, leaves, brambles and debris from gardens and commercial yard
- Operate equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Perform tasks in the warehouse, factory and packing room when required and in the winter months.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of power tools and mechanical equipment used in grounds maintenance
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques and practices
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

**Requirements**:

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
